Andrew D. Ivers
Born and raised in Albany, Mr. Ivers received his Bachelor of Science in business prior to earning a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland.
Mr. Ivers worked at Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis, Oregon and then moved to Houston, Texas where he worked with a large national law firm working on multi district class action labor and employment litigation. He returned home to Oregon and the Willamette Valley in 2006 and became a partner in a law firm with Edward Daniels who had been practicing law since 1973 and retired in 2018.
Mr. Ivers specializes in all aspects of family law (divorce, separation, child custody, parenting time and child support). Mr. Ivers’ practice has included employment law and personal injury cases in the past. While he may take select cases in those areas, he currently practices exclusively in Family Law.
Mr. Ivers has appeared in 17 counties all around the State of Oregon. During his career he has been a member of the Linn-Benton Mediation and Arbitration Commission, the Linn County Family Law Executive Committee, panels to update and develop parenting plans for individual counties, committees to make recommendations to the Governor for the appointment of judges, and the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar.

Dan W. Miller
Born and raised in Corvallis, Mr. Miller received his B.A. in politics and government from the University of Puget Sound and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene. Mr. Miller returned to the mid-Willamette Valley in 2014 where he worked for a firm in Corvallis specializing in local government law and served as the city prosecutor for several local cities. In 2016, he shifted his focus to family law.
Mr. Miller continues to practice criminal defense in local municipal courts and specializes in family law (divorce, separation, child custody, parenting time and child support). He believes in advocating for clients and seeking creative solutions to accomplish client goals.

Sarah Castleton
Ms. Castleton focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianships, and trust administration. She works closely with each of her clients to ensure that their needs come first, and their wishes will be carried out. Sarah brings an open, thoughtful approach to her practice, so clients feel comfortable discussing requests and concerns - whatever those may be.
Sarah Castleton's law practice has served Albany and the surrounding communities for the past twenty-eight years, providing legal counsel and informative educational presentations. In addition, Sarah has served on numerous boards in her community, and currently serves on the board of directors of the Albany Safety Foundation. When not serving clients, Sarah spends time with her four children, loves to travel, read, and volunteer with her church.

Catherine M. Pratt
Ms. Pratt arrived in Oregon for law school and immediately decided to call the Willamette Valley her forever home.
Ms. Pratt focuses on landlord-tenant issues, contract and deed drafting services, estate-planning, probate, and trust administration. She also serves as the prosecutor in several Municipal Courts in Linn and Benton County. She is an enthusiastic advocate for her clients and helps guide her clients through the complexities of the legal system.
Ms. Pratt has served Benton and Linn Counties and some surrounding counties since 2021. When not serving clients, Ms. Pratt spends her time hiking, tending to her garden, and crocheting gifts for her friends and family.

Blossom M. Van Kinkle
For the fifteen years prior to law school, Blossom enjoyed working closely with clients domestically and abroad to develop their new products, troubleshoot existing products, and coordinate the details required for international commerce to nearly twenty-five countries. Helping clients find the best solutions to varying problems and figuring out how to prevent future issues has been part of Blossom’s work in Oregon for more than twenty years. Now she applies her personalized and effective approach to assisting clients navigate legal matters that arise in their professional or personal lives.
Oregon’s beautiful green landscape near the mountains and ocean brought Blossom to the state in 2003. In her free time, Blossom sits on the board for the Chintimini Wildlife Center, enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, road trips with her dog, some pilates & yoga, and always a good laugh.
